I can’t even describe how delicious this sounds, I need to make it ASAP as a make-ahead breakfast just like the Overnight Oatmeal.
Inspired by: The Yummy Life
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3/4 cup light applesauce
- 2 tbsp. PB2
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Splenda packet
Directions:
- Add oats to a blender; blend on high until texture of coarse flour. Add milk to the blender using a spatula to mix in oats from the bottom. Next add PB2, applesauce and PB2. Blend on high until desired smoothness (somewhere between 15-30 seconds). Taste and add Splenda if needed. Transfer to a container you have a lid for (mason jars or leftover peanut butter jars work perfectly) and refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours. Will keep in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 days, shake before drinking!
